Neighbors complaining they can't connect to your WIFI?
For best coverage, your wifi router or access points should be at or above 6 feet. This allows the signal to travel further over objects like filing cabinets, desks, and dressers.
Great wifi extender!
Powerline netgear -really cool technology here. Uses your electrical wires to extend internet. You plug the "base" into your modem/router, plug it into a wall outlet. Walk on over to your dead zone, plug the "receiver" into a wall outlet and BAM! You've got mail! Yeah sure there's some setup to go along with it but your dog is smart enough to get it going.
Tidbit: wifi security- cover your house in foil! Always password protect your wifi and change those generic default modem and/or router passwords. Feeling frisky? Hide your SSID.
